With cotton, polyester, viscose, nylon, wool, Kevlar, Nomex, in addition to 6,000 additional fabric capabilities, Pailung grants each customer the ability to build their machine to reflect the unique needs of their company. Likewise, Pailung machines are capable of flat knitting, and circular knitting.

High-Speed Interlock Machine

For high production demand in basic interlock Pai Lung’s PL-KD3.2A can meet the challenge. To reach mass production market demand, high speed manufacturing facilities and reliable quality control are going to be the determinant production factors in knitting textile industry. Pai Lung’s Knitel model PL-KD3.2A performance is particularly suitable for quick production of specialized interlock stander fabrics.

Equipped with the new generation Piezo element control system, PL-KSCJ is able to reach three technical ways to fulfill the jacquard reque st, which ability overcomes the limit range in the general mechanical jacquard machine. Upon first glance, its efficiency makes reliable output. On closer inspection, its jacquard technological feats present full requested pattern design.

High-Pile Terry Sheering

The high speed, high production jersey machines are ideal for producing the finest quality single-knit fabrics. The computer-designed, closed cam track system ensures positive needle control and provides super stitch definition. The jersey machine is equipped with angular sinker technology to improve fabric quality and lower the defect rate, even at the highest speeds.

Double Knit Jacquard

PL-KDCJ is a thoroughbred model with the latest technology and refinement. It’s design philosophy is uncompromising and brings together practical application, making a double jersey full jacquard knitting machine great with that unique Pai Lung spirit. Depending on market demand and customary yarn supply, Pai Lung develops two different models PL-KD1.5CJ (1.5 feeders per inch) and PL-KD2.5CJ (2.5 feeders per inch). Equipped with the revised and easy to maintain Piezo element control system, the jacquard machine is able to reach three technical ways to fulfill the full jacquard request, which enables you to overcome the limit range in the general mechanical jacquard machine. Extra memory capacity can be increased to make a larger and complex pattern if necessary
